Foshan NACRE Hydraulic Co., Ltd is loacted in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, which is 1 hour's drive from Guangzhou City, China. We have been manufacturing and designing different kinds of Hydraulic Cylinders since 1998.

1) We have 200 employees including 20 engineers and technicians, and we are equipped with 90 sets of machinery including boring machines of large deep-hole boring machine, large hone grinder, large NC lather, lathe, external grinding machine, and automatic welder machine.

2) The Hydraulic Cylinders we produce are pump cylinder, excavator cylinder, self-dumping cylinder, dump truck cylinder, hydraulic pounding cylinder, tower crane cylinder, special-purpose car cylinder, hydraulic clipper cylinder, etc.

3) For the Quality Inspection System, tthrough our own efforts, we have successfully passed ISO 9001: 2000 in aspect of our production and sales of our hydraulic fittings. We adopt 2-2.5%IIAQL system for quality inspection and 100% for hydraulic testing before shipment is ensured.

4) For the material, our major seal suppliers are NOK ( Japan ), B+S ( Germany ), HALLITE ( England ) and Parker ( USA ). So, no leakage will happen. Tube is locally China 45# Steel, 27SiMn and the raw material for rod is 45#steel, 42CrMo, 40Cr, and we have 1 year of guarantee for our product.

5) Due to our good quality, Our internal customer, for example, is ZOOMLION, Our present overseas market is mainly distributed in USA, Russia, India, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Cyprus, Iran, Africa, Middle-East and so on.

6) What's more, we are starting to access high-quality customers from overseas, such as Japan KOBELCO and other clients due to our good quality, including the good chrome-plating quality to have durability of rating above No. 9 in the CASS Test and the well penetration welds, etc.
